These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and ADHD evaluation services.

Services Provided:

  • We offer virtual ADHD testing and evaluations for adults (ages 18+). Services include clinical interviews, evidenced based assessments, screeners, and a written report.

  • Reports are delivered within 7–10 business days after the evaluation is complete and payment has been received.

Appointments and Payments:

  • A deposit may be required to book an evaluation. Final payment is due before the report is released.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments may result in fees.

Telehealth:

  • All evaluations are conducted via secure video platform (Doxy.me).

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a private, quiet space and functioning internet for their session.

Confidentiality and Security:

  • We adhere to HIPAA standards and maintain client confidentiality at all times.

  • Evaluation reports are delivered securely through our HIPAA-compliant use of Google Workspace, including Google Drive, with appropriate access restrictions in place.

Limitations:

  • Our services are for diagnostic and documentation purposes only and do not constitute ongoing therapy or emergency psychiatric care.
