Cost and Timeline
The total cost for the evaluation is $1,500.
A $250 deposit is due at the time of booking
The remaining $1,250 is due after your appointment and before the report is released
You’ll receive your full report within 7–10 business days after your session.
We do not bill insurance directly, but we’re happy to provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.
